Don't open the common pages (photographers, books) as they were done with HTML coding that will break in Compose mode if it's opened there by mistake
To edit your page :
1.go to dashboard
2. go to pages , find your page, select it and click edit
3.to change texts : go in Compose mode and do your changes, same function as gmail
4. to add images : Resize your pics to 1000px , save them 8 or 9 quality in Photoshop (the bigger file size you save them the slower your page will load) rename your images NAME_SURNAME_01 , NAME_SURNAME_02 etc . Then in HTML mode and go to the end of the post, click keyboard's ENTER twice to change line and press the image icon , upload pics from your pc and choose
Image alignment: None
Image size: Small
When they 're uploaded. then go to Compose mode again . Click on the pics to Select the ones you want to reorder & use cut + paste (Ctrl+X then Ctrl+V , Cmd button instead of Ctrl in Mac) in compose mode to re-order them using the keyboard arrows to move to the place where you want to place them. IMPORTANT : if you upload pics in Compose mode they 'll appear with line breaks between them , you 'll have to delete these line breaks 1 by 1 , so better do it in in HTML mode as described above , a set of photos is uploaded without line breaks only in HTML mode. If you want to delete an image in Compose mode click on it to select it and then press the 'Backspace' keyboard button.
5. Update
NOTE : to add title and alt tags on your photos (they 're important for web search engines to detect the photos) , click on the photos in Compose mode and then select Properties and add your name in the alt & title fields
To upload interview :
1.go to dashboard
2. go to posts, click new post , copy-paste the questions and answers
3.Rename the 6 images' files INTERVIEW_WITH_NAME_SURNAME_01 , INTERVIEW_WITH_NAME_SURNAME_02 etc. Resize your pics to 1000px , save them 8 or 9 quality in Photoshop (the bigger file size you save them the slower your page will load) and upload them in the post in compose mode, then click on each one to select it & use cut + paste (Ctrl+X then Ctrl+V , Cmd button instead of Ctrl in Mac) in compose mode to place them between the text's body using the keyboard arrows . If you uploaded the image small , To bring the pic in its original size, in compose mode click on it and in the popup tab select "original size".
4. in search description put INTERVIEW WITH NAME SURNAME
5.in labels select Interviews label so that the interview appears in the interviews list
6.Publish
NOTE : to add title and alt tags on the interview's photos (they 're important for web search engines to detect the photos) , click on the photos in Compose mode and then select Properties and add the post's title in the alt & title fields
To update the POM :
1.find the POM post in posts list, select it & edit and do the same process as described above with the interview upoading of pics. when you upload the new pic click on in and in the popup tab select "add caption" to add the name of the photographer.
